Heat resistance temperature
The heat resistance temperature of CERAFIL (900°C) allows for operation in the temperature range where the catalyst is most effective.
Excellent corrosion resistance
CERAFIL is made of inert ceramic fibers and can be used in most corrosive gas atmospheres.
Sufficient thickness
The thickness of CERAFIL (10-20mm) allows for a sufficient amount of catalyst to be supported. Furthermore, by uniformly depositing the thickness of the catalyst particles throughout, the gas contact time is extended, maximizing the efficiency of the catalyst.
